Investment and construction company “FENIX GROUP” become a general contractor of reconstruction of the office building located at 12a Instytutska Street in the center of Kyiv.
The existing 2-storey building with the total area of 906,1 sq.m. was reconstructed and enlarged to 4-storey building with 1630,6 sq.m. area. The building was equipped with the 6-stop elevator lifting from the basement to the roof. The façade, roof, interior and the utility systems were refurbished and altered with the new equipment.
